How long does setup take?
Getting started with Bonnie takes less than 30 minutes from your time. After setup, your AI assistant can potentially go live the next day. Fully trained and ready to handle your calls and you can always add more information while you’re live.
How does Bonnie work?
Bonnie is the AI-powered phone and WhatsApp assistant that answers calls just like a real team member would. She instantly handles routine questions, manages reservations, and connects callers to your team when needed.
Bonnie can also send WhatsApp confirmations, share links to menus, and speak every language. When a call needs to be transferred, Bonnie routes it to the right person or department based on the topic. If transfers aren’t possible, she captures all the details and sends a quick call-back request by email.

How does Bonnie sound?
You can choose from a range of natural-sounding digital voices, tuned for warmth and clarity. Each voice is designed to sound friendly and professional, just like the perfect host. Bonnie also speaks more than 20 languages, so your callers can always be helped in their own language.
What if Bonnie can't answer the question?
If Bonnie doesn’t recognise a question, she can forward the call to your team or send a WhatsApp message with your contact details or a link of your choice. You decide what happens next.
Can I decide when Bonnie picks up versus when my team picks up first?
Yes. You control the answering schedule. Bonnie can answer immediately, or ring your team first and only pick up if no one’s available. Best practice: let your team answer first during opening hours, Bonnie picks up when they can’t. Outside hours, Bonnie answers directly. You decide what works best for your operation.
What happens to my phone number?
We provide you with a new Bonnie Number to put on your website and your Google Business Profile. You can choose a regional number if required, depending on what best fits your business.
If you prefer to keep your existing number, we can set up call forwarding so all calls are routed to Bonnie without any disruption. Our Customer Success team will guide you through the setup and ensure a smooth transition.
