Beachclub C is renowned for its exceptional location and service. It combines stunning beach views with a lively atmosphere, drawing both locals and tourists.
Beachclub C sits on the beach in Noordwijk, known as much for the view as for the atmosphere owner Ramon Hermans has built around it, drawing both locals and tourists who come back season after season. Hermans has always been particular about one thing: personal interaction. Every visit is meant to feel looked after.
The trouble was staffing. On quiet afternoons, a lean team meant whoever was on the floor also had to answer the phone. On peak days, the opposite problem arrived: too many calls, not enough hands, and reservations slipping through because no one could pick up in time. Either way, the phone was pulling someone away from a guest standing right in front of them.
How Bonnie fits into Beachclub C
Bonnie now handles calls Beachclub C’s team can’t get to, using delayed call forwarding so staff still take calls personally whenever they’re free. She’s natively integrated with Formitable, the club’s reservation system, and manages bookings and event enquiries in every language a guest might call in.
During office hours, calls still reach staff first. Outside those hours, Bonnie logs a callback request automatically, so nothing gets lost overnight. “To us, Bonnie has become indispensable”, says Hermans.
"Bonnie ensures our guests are always attended to, and we never miss a reservation. She handles calls during busy times and after hours, which means our team can focus on giving the best possible experience in person."

A second pair of hands
The result isn’t measured in a single number so much as in what no longer happens: no call goes unanswered, whether the club is quiet or slammed.
Staff spend less time torn between the phone and the guest at the door. When staffing runs thin, which for a seasonal business happens more than anyone would like, Bonnie is there as a dependable second pair of hands rather than a gap in service.
