How do I connect Guestplan to Bonnie?
During setup, you link your Guestplan account in a few clicks. In the app you configure Bonnie around your availability, party size limits, and service preferences. Most restaurants are live within a day.
Can Bonnie book directly into Guestplan?
Yes. Bonnie books directly into your Guestplan calendar in real time, via phone or WhatsApp. The reservation appears just as if your team had taken it manually.
Can Bonnie handle deposit-required reservations?
Yes. Bonnie handles bookings that require a deposit and sends the payment link to the guest via WhatsApp automatically. For last-minute reservations, deposits can be waived within a configurable time window.
What happens if the restaurant is fully booked, and the enquiry is for the same night?
Bonnie checks availability before confirming. If the requested slot isn’t available, it suggests alternative times. When no availability exists, Bonnie offers to transfer the caller so your team can make the call.
If you’re part of a group, Bonnie can suggest another venue and keep the revenue within the group.
