During setup, You can request your API key to the MICE Operations Support team. In our App you link the integration using the API Key. Our team configures Bonnie around your event enquiry flow and sales team preferences. Most venues are live within a day.
How does Bonnie handle a new group or event enquiry?
Bonnie captures the enquiry and sends the caller a WhatsApp message with your MICE Operations widget link. The guest configures their event request directly, with all add-ons included. Your sales team receives a notification via email so nothing slips through.
You can also configure to receive every new event request in your MICE account. You pick what works best for your operational flow.
What if a caller is already in discussion about an existing event?
Bonnie checks MICE Operations for a matching phone number. If an existing request is found, Bonnie transfers the call to your sales team immediately so the conversation stays personal.
